Very disappointing and unprofessional job

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Terrible job! They didnt show when scheduled, didnt call to explain or cancel.

Three day job never completed. Had to get someone else to complete job. They never even tried to make things right.

Real nightmare.

A friend had same problem. Save yourself headaches and get someone else.

Lousy job RUN

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

RUN!!!!!!!!!! We started with this company in February.

First day scheduled, they didnt appear. They dont answer calls to reschedule, work was so inferior. Put down covering and didnt secure it good. Wind and rain came .

We had to secure it again. Didnt come on the next beautiful day. No calls for a reason. Then, finally came to put 9 tons of rocks down.

One man and two wheelbarrows. Parked in the empty lots and wheelbarrow them back and forth. ! Then decided to rent a piece of machinery.

Worked good for rocks but WHAT A JOB ON THE CURBING! The first straight line from front to back was picked up and thrown away. !!! Second one never replaced.

Mike told them not to step on our property! Then they proceeded to do 3 circles around palms. Thats when I told Mike theyre out of here! One circle the palm isnt in the center, one is not a circle, and the last one was finished at 8pm in the dark!!

You should see that one. Dont ask about the color! Mike called and told them not to come back. We never heard from them again.

We gave them $1000.00 (half to start).

We got that much from them but they didnt get one bit of money for labor. A 2-3 day job was going on 3 weeks and never finished!

Wish I could have added pictures but didnt know how!!

Hired this company to put in curbing, and they did not fulfill our agreement with the correct curbing design, Marrakesh Marble with Sierra Sand finish. Instead, I got a very pale cement color and what looks like Random Rock (which is really unattractive).

The workers left their drink bottles, as well as job trash, all over the yard for us to pick up. They killed the grass in 3 areas of our front lawn and got a huge amount of epoxy on the front sidewalk that will require a professional to remove and clean because they refused to do it. They make numerous appointments to come take care of things and never call to cancel nor show up.

The owner has a temper and is very unprofessional if he gets agitated. Service from this company is a nightmare.

Pros:
  • Were pleasant while getting the sale

Preferred solution: Partial refund to cover the professional hired to clean epoxy on sidewalk and to cover the correct color to added to the curbing. Will have to keep the wrong design because I am worried they will kill my 9 trees/bushes planted within the curbing.ring.

User's recommendation: Hire another curbing contractor.
