Destruction of personal property
Jakes Mobile Mix Concrete driver needlessly destroyed two valuable and much loved Asian Pear trees while delivering cement to my home project on April 14
I immediately called the company and reported the damage, the driver, his unacceptable actions and bad attitude, plus requested a conversation with Jake to discuss restitution.
To date:
No reply from Jake.
No restitution.

Preferred solution: Restitution for damage to personal property
