Terrible service and they won’t even try to help the customer out with a issue!
The county I need to use to deposit money is not listed today but I have used it before to deposit money. Today the county not listed.
Your representative is telling me the jail or county doesnt have a contract.
Called the jail to confirm and they state they are in the contract with jailatm! Contacted the lieutenant with the jail to look into this issue.

Lost money
Well, I tried calling. It said I could talk to a live agent and I couldn't get through to anybody because your phone system is inadequate.
I'm trying to get a refund of around $45. That's on my son's commissary account at Wasco State Prison where he no longer resides.
Preferred solution: Full refund
