AI Highlights
  • - Promised no payments for a year and no installation cost, but the quote demanded 5000 down and 5000, and did not include sink or toilet.

They said no payments for a year and no installation cost. Well, they came to my house and it changed to $5000 down and the other $5000 when done.

It was all lies. I didn't have $5000 to put up front. I told them I didn't have any money to start; I could get it from my HELOC in a few months, but not $10,000 for a shower.

I didn't need anything fancy, just a new tub and shower with new faucets, and it didn't even include the sink and toilet. What a bunch of lies.

Pros:
  • Nice if you can afford
Cons:
  • Get price in writing and upfront

Preferred solution: I really need a shower but not 10 thousand dollars

User's recommendation: Lock them down in writing about price
