Hello! I return my order and your collegues are saying that they refuse the item (bag) because it was on different box?

Why?? I returned as i received the order.

This is the reason why i not get refund for the bag:

"I would like to inform you that our team has not proceeded with the refund of your bag, as it was sent in a different parcel that was not accepted by the warehouse.

What???

I am missing my 720euros for returned bag. Please fix this immediately, i have no idea why it was cancelled and why you are blaming me in this situation as i have nothing to do with that.
