Non delivery of items
- Order not delivered on 20/06/25.
- FedEx receipt shows signature by M Williams.
- The replacement is being sent.
My order from Jack Threads was not delivered on 20/06/25 as they stated. I tracked the order and found a receipt from FedEx that stated it was signed for by someone called M Williams.
This name was printed on the receipt. The order was allegedly delivered at 13.12 , my wife was home all day and my ring doorbell shows nobody delivered a package at that time.
I have emailed the company many times and all they say is that they are working on sending me a replacement.. lt appears to clearly be a scam.

Horrible site to buy online I bought a pair of flip flops and I never received it yet i tried to contact them through phone call nobody answers and by email and never received any answers back Im still waiting and they never contacted me in anyway definitely not recommend
