Verified ReviewerResolved: Missing part on guitar
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
I played it a little bit at the store. I never noticed until I got home and took it out of the case that the tremolo bar was missing, and also the pickups were so far out of adjustment and seemed somewhat loose. I took care of the pickup adjustments myself, and it seems a lot better. I did contact Guitar Center, where I purchased the guitar, and asked about the tremolo bar, which was my biggest concern.
They said the guitars were shipped with the tremolo bars attached, and the sales person just forgot to give it to me, so I made a return trip to the store and picked it up.
Other than that, everything seems to be OK now. I'm happy with the guitar and enjoy playing it.
Preferred solution: Possible discount on my next guitar purchase. I will be looking at a Jackson with a HSS set up this weekend if they still have in stock.

Verified ReviewerExtremely disappointed and not valued
I have sent three emails and have called the customer service line over 10 times. I have yet to speak to a representative about this matter.
I am frustrated on different levels because I was a quality assurance supervisor for the leading manufacturer of exercise equipment in the world. I recognize how difficult it is to put out product under specific circumstances. I shouldve never received a guitar in the condition that I received. the product was supposed to be a solid body.
After purchasing inspecting further, there is a major flaw in the body which directly inhibits the input to work and seal correctly, even with screws. There was a manufacturer defect, and they seemed the wood together with some type of sealer or glue and its at a position in the guitar, which is a major flaw with the guitar in itself and will crack overtime, no matter what the case is.
I was told that I would be reached within five business days and it has been well over five business days.
The customer representatives at guitar Center told me that it is a manufacture defect. I would just like to speak to somebody and figure out how I can exchange For the same guitar or a guitar of value that I like

My name is jimmy Norris, I'm disabled and my bills exceed my income, I sold my Jackson to help with bills, I was wondering if you would consider gifting me a guitar? It can be broken or need repair, if you can do this it would mean the world to me. My address is

WOW!!!
Dear Jackson,
You got me! Two years ago, after playing a Gibson Les Paul doublecut with single-coil pickups I decided to order a Jackson Rhoads JS32t to use as a beater/player guitar.
Little did I expect that monster axe would become my go-to guitar. I love the sound and it records very well! So, fast forward to the first week of October when I decided to order the Jackson RRT-5 - Id had my eye on it for quite awhile. Anyway, Sweetwater had them on sale, so I picked on up.
Am I glad I did! It clearly is a step-up even from the awesome JS32t. I love it! Im going to give it a 5-star rating with favorable commentary on Sweetwaters website.
Id already provided a 5-star rating with commentary after ordering and playing around with the JS32t. I must say to you all . . .
Well done!
I hope this continues and now Im already anticipating saving up enough to pick up an MIJ Rhoads. You guys got me hooked!! Anyway, another reason for this e-note is: Im concerned that - depending on how the US presidential election turns out the Jackson company could be looking at import tariffs for some of their imported products :( This could mean price increases too. In fact, I had this in mind when I decided to go for the fabulous RRT-5.
Ill keep my fingers crossed that things will turn out alright and Jackson can keep those fantabulous axes rolling off the production line and into our hot little hands! Scott Miller
