Our couch was delivered yesterday and already is coming apart. The backs of the couch do not line up with the other sections. The frame construction is press wood! Very disappointed in the purchase, the store we purchased the couch said they would send a repair guy out to fix it. Can't fix poor quality.

We know the feeling! Purchased a recliner in October of 2021 and it was broken in the first 30 days.

Here it is April 11, 2022 and everybody, the store, jackson furniture all put the blame who’s responsible for the repair! I will never ever purchase anything from catnapper ever again!!!!
