I have been charged £39 last year and this without any notification
I do not understand how this has happened and not really explained.
I have not used any premium service and would appreciate a refund please. No notification was given to me that a charge was coming and I did not spot the charge until this March.

This company promises to provide leads to great airline savings and secret links to fares but all they do is tell you to search flights.google.com and get the rates yourself. They do not have any special rates or info outside of Google...
