Can’t buy additional plain coins after three or four emails no response very poor Customer Service
Ive tried purchasing coins but have not been able to and after 3 to 5 emails that Ive never received a response merely to say were looking into it I suppose my best option is to choose a new pastime but would never recommend this sight to anyone. I hope they get they can fix any glitches especially with customer service because without availability to service no company can survive.
Just one more thing while I was able to use it was somewhat entertaining. Good luck into your future and fortunately I only have about $60 lost into the infinite computer world

Randomly double charging as well as charging without authorization.
On several occasions your company has double charged for a single purchase, most recently 3/21/25, as well as charged my account without me initiating or authorizing, 4/16/25. When I requested refunds for these extra charges, the response is always, this doesnt qualify for a refund.
How is it than unauthorized charges dont qualify for a refund?
Absolutely ridiculous! When I contact Apple, they just put in the same request as I and I get the same response.

Change the minimum bet back to a lower amount as soon as possible. I am so unhappy with this sudden change. I usually play Super Jackpot Party my favorite.

Very unhappy.
I have played this for years and really enjoyed it. On 3-10-25 the minimum bet went to 40,000.
You lose your money right away. First time yesterday didn't meet all the daily challenges. Never won a big jackpot completely that step. If your goal was to get all the people who don't buy coins to stop using...mission accomplished.
It isn't fun anymore. You can't play long at all before money runs out. Can't even go to the lower bet one and keep going. The 100 bet one that kept giving you 500 more.
No way to keep playing except buy coins. Not fun anymore. Bummer. Today is second day of new program.
Planning on uninstlling after today.
It was fun for years. Over now.
