Horrible at paying money that you won

So I'm sick of getting screwed around on money that I win. This is twice they have done this to me.
So I won $1,500 one time through Jackpot City and they paid me out, but then I won another $500 and they didn't pay me out. They decided to put it back in my account, so now I won $190 and it's been over a week and they still haven't paid me. Like this is stupid.
