Lack of response from Mgmt about Concern

Jackie cooper BMW thinks of their customers as herding cattle. Their salespeople can be pretentious and demeaning. I had bought 3 new cars from them over the past 7 years, and will never buy a car from this dealer again. I left pricey electronics in a loaner vehicle and they were never retrieved, though I immediately notified the dealer of the mistake of leaving them in the vehicle when I returned it. I attempted to get in touch with management and other officers of the organization, and NO ONE replied! I sent emails, letters, and phone calls were made to no avail. I might also say that you will get bumped from a meeting with a salesperson if a more valuable client, possible bigger sale, walks through the door. Also, the salespeople are uneducated on the details of the mechanics and options of the vehicles. The service department is alright but it's obvious you are just a number and the loaner vehicles were always dirty. The real kicker is the client retention specialist didn't even return a call!! now come on! Take your business elsewhere!
