I had purchase a leather jacket from india a reputed brand store last 2 years back . And with in 2 years its gone rough and tear from back side of neck and left hand near palm. The quality of leather you people use very cheap . Comparision tp other indian manufacturer they use such good quality If i see my jacket all over its seems good aand new but from of neck and hand its gone very rough and teared. What shld i do . I purchased a hooded down Eddie Bauer jacket, and have been sorely disappointed. Within weeks of owning it feather starting coming out, and have not stopped. It is a poorly constructed and I would not recommend it.

WEBSITE SHOWED CARD SECURITY CODE WAS INCORRECT. BACKED OUT OF WEBSITE AND GAVE UP. CHARGES IMMEDIATELY CAME ON CARD. NO CONFIRMATION WAS EVER RECEIVED.
20 DAYS LATER AN EMAIL THAT IT HAD SHIPPED. TOLD THEM WOULD RETURN AND THEIR ANSWER WAS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

I followed their female jacket size chart and ordered a jacket that should've fit. The jacket arrived promptly and is very well made, but it is two sizes too small and I am not willing to risk losing another $250 to order with them again.
Also, the color is NOTHING like what showed in the preview.
(And yes, I know that's a bit of an occupational hazard with ordering online.) I was thinking I would ask for an exchange, but based on all the reviews I've read, I'm not going to waste my time. Next time, I will get the jacket from a store where I can see what I'm getting - and - they have a refund/exchange policy. Leather Cult doesn't.

I’ve never shopped anywhere that would risk losing a loyal customer of over 25 years over refunding their money for a brand new item being returned just bc the ZERO TOLERANCE 60-day policy was missed by a few days. They’ve lost more than they’ve gained.
I closed my account after speaking with several of their managerial staff in my attempt to get them to make an exception. I’ve NEVER returned ANYTHING to King Size.

They had a jacket in a sale for kids, which my daughter tried on and like, we took it to the desk to purchase and the lady customer service advised the ticket item was not matching what was in her system so called over the manager who was agreesive and rude, he wouldn’t match the price which I can understand as I’m sure pricing mistakes happen but his attitude was appalling and left myself and my daughter feeling we had made the mistake rather than the company, after buying their product all my life I will never shop with them again, terrible customer service
