I placed an order on a subdomain of jackery.com - the company's official domain. Later I was told this was a test site and my order was never processed.
Support claimed the site 'has nothing to do' with their orders.
This is absurd. If it's on their domain, Jackery is responsible.
I ended up with no order and no proper support. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Still trying to find out about a missing generator that I never received on my last order

Was disappointed I went to the mountains where I have no electricity at my cabin I was excited about using my Zachary solar panels generator. But it did not work at all l went by the manual and did everything it said to do still couldn't get it to work very disappointed I would like to have my money back

We went to my cabin where we don't have electricity. We were excited about using the Zachary generator with solar panels and it did not work we did everything the manual told us to do.
And it still did not work it was fully charged ! Not very happy.
