Hi Jackbox Support,
I hope youre doing well! I was playing games with some friends and we were really excited to try Quiplash.
I attempted to purchase the game, but it wasnt loading properly, so I tried again thinking the transaction hadnt gone through.
Unfortunately, Ive now realized I was charged multiple times for what was supposed to be a single purchase. I only intended to buy the game once and would appreciate a refund for the extra charges.
Were big fans of your games and were just trying to get started with a fun nightbut I definitely dont want to pay for the same game more than once.
Please let me know what information you need from me to sort this out.

The games, once ACTUALLY can get into them are fun. The whole setup process is a literal NIGHTMARE and is NOT user friendly.
You need to improve your set up procedures and your affiliation with "Steam". This process is not user friendly whatsoever!

My daughter sent me a picture of my name being displayed & it identified me as a bad teacher.
I do not appreciate my name being used nor do I especially want my daughter to be exposed to her mother being referenced as a bad teacher.
I have been teaching for over twenty three years. Currently, I am a single mother teaching 6th grade science full time & adult education part time. My most important job is being a mother for both of my teenage daughters.
The statement is very hurtful to them & it angers me to know that my name is being used without my permission.
Thank you for your attention & assistance to this infringement issue.
I will also contact costumer service during working hours to address my complaint & hopefully this issue will be resolved without further action from my teacher's union legal representative.

Preferred solution: My name or any other identifiers that refer to me in a negative way should be immediately removed. It should not be an option for any of the games made available for your customers. Defamation of character is something I do not take lightly.
User's recommendation: Use of someone's name online with a negative identity should not be allowed. This could actually damage someone's professional character and means of livelihood. As a mother, it is outright offensive to be informed by my daughter that someone is identifying me as being insufficient at what I do to impact the lives of others. My heart & soul is given to my students; not all of my students love me even though I love them & care about who they will become in the future. No ones name should be used without consent. Consideration for others in person & online should be at the utmost importance for any company who host juvenile clients. Identifying someone in a negative way will not result in a positive way. Social media can be uplifting, but when used incorrectly with negative connotations may result in harm to that person identified in a negative way could manifest and cause damage or loss of loved ones. It doesn't just cause damage to one person; it could effect all of the people in that person's life!
