Jack Forrester Enterprises has absolutely no customer service

Jack Forrester Enterprises has absolutley no customer service, find someone else to install a sprinkler system or landscaping items. He installs faulty parts and doesn't want to back up what he does. And he installs plants in the wrong place - putting plants in the front that grow faster than the ones in the back. Just a piece of advise, go elsewhere. You do not want to have to deal with this guy. My favorite answer from him was, "I didn't call you back because I didn't have an answer you'd like." After getting everything taken care of thru the Better Business Bureau, the part has broken again!! Unbelievable!
