Love the pants! 4 pairs of the jetsetters and 3 pairs of shorts.

Love the product, but the fact that a higher-end men's retail website has absolutely no way to contact customer service is extremely sketchy! I needed some assistance, yet there isn't an email, a phone number, or live chat (hello, it's 2026!). So I am now left with a product I can't use!

this is untrue - i love this brand and they have great customer support. there's contact info on the site, a chat option on the site, adn you can just reply to your order email

Resolved: Unable to seamlessly generate a return

I ordered the same item twice in error. When going to the site to start the request for a return, I was asked to provide the order number.

Once the order number was added, the prompt then stated this item is not available for return.

Not sure exactly what that means, as it is in my possession ready to be shipped back to the company once I am able to print a return label on your site. This return process was less than seamless.
