This travel company arranged my 10 day trip to Patagonia. They screwed up my itinerary and I had to pay an extra $700 USD. They also switched me to a hotel that was $1,000 USD cheaper an didn't refund me. When I returned home, they don't respond to my emails or return my calls. They lied and said the hotel required 2 nights and kept the money. I contacted the hotel and they said that wasn't true. This company in unethical. Stay away for this English tour company! They also don't pay attention to details and have a large turn over in travel specialist. This also accounts for their mistakes
