Verified ReviewerService is extremely slow.
I bought a pair of Jabra Enhance partly because of their reviews and partly because of the 100 day trial period. The hearing aids seemed good at first but I soon found that none of their domes would work without feed back.
I was advised to try a closed dome. No improvement and no follow up. I asked about wire length because I thought them too short. No response at all.
Finally today I was able to talk to a person. The best she could do was an appointment two weeks from now. The hearing aids may be great technology but the customer service is not. Its glacial at best and when it comes is often - try x for a few days and let us know if it works.
They dont follow up. Thats your job.
User's recommendation: Give a try. If they work for you, great. But if you’re not truly happy with them in 30 days my experience suggests another 70 isn’t likely to change anything except how long you wait for a response.

Verified ReviewerThe value quality equation is not there.
The earpieces need to be changed every few weeks. Don't even last a month with moderate use.
Materials needed to change the earpieces come in different sizes but if you only need one size the rest you will need to throw away. I bought these for my mom and did a lot of research ahead of time.
Unfortunately, she is not happy with them. Sound is ok overall, but not worth the price.
- Invisible
- Sync swith app easily
- Comfortable to wear
- Sound is just ok and needs replacements every few weeks
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do your research and consider other cheaper brands.
