Unprofessional removal firm

Do not use J A Steel and Son Enfield as they are totally unprofessional. I paid extra for three men to move a 2 bed flat and they made the job last all day, charging me an astronomical fee and refusing to take both the piano and sofa upstairs, citing that they would not go up. I then had to pay another firm to move these two items into the new flat. They then debited my account without sending me an invoice for £750 putting me into arrears with my bank. I would not use this firm or recommend them to anyone. I have referred my case to the ombudsman.
