This company took money and didn't start on the project
Demetrius Harper currently has a felony warrant issued for his arrest in St. Louis City.
He also has an active warrant in St. Charles County Missouri.
Demetrius Harper came out , gave a cost, and completed a contract. He guaranteed the project would be completed in 5 no later than 6 days. I paid for the cost of materials via cashiers check. This individual came, and tore down the old deck, and disappeared.
After numerous calls, and messages, Demetrius does not respond. I later discovered this business is not registered with the Secretary of State. He can be found on casenet.
MO. He has scammed others as well according to the website, and there are other judgments against him.

To prevent other people from being scammed
I contacted this Company to obtain a new deck. The owner of the company (Demetrius Harper) came out and completed a cost.
Mr. Harper stated that he required upfront cost for materials. I paid this cost via cashiers check. This company never came out.
I am now out of over six thousand dollars. I am writing this to prevent other people from being scammed by this company.
