- - Door broke mid-June; I must use the far side and it's unfixed.
- - Repair delayed; part on order and corporate approval; carts left by tenants.
I have been a customer for almost 2 years now. Back in the middle of June the overhead door to the area where my unit is broke.
Here is is August 4th it is still not fixed. I have to use the overhead all the way on the other side of the building to access my unit. I have addressed this several times and it is the same lame excuse, the part is on order and that they cannot get another company because corporate has to approve it.
I am a small business owner that frequently uses my unit, it is a hassle because what should be a quick in and out to grab tools now is a huge issue of trying to find a cart, because other tenants are leaving them on the other side of the building because they are tired of walking back with thier cart and then having to make sometimes several trips back and fourth. It is poor customer service.
