Keepin my money

Ivw ask,asked to be given my money,have been told 4 different thimgs by 4 different people,been l I pped off to,i did in return your stealing fdom me,causimg greif,anquish cause ya wont send me my money,I will be fili g law suit on JPC if not retuned by end of tue.work day

Problem with gas tank

I ordered a gas tank from you sept 10, and after painting it realized that the petcock is on the wrong side. When i ordered it , it said it fit my bike. 1996 sportster xl1200c Your part number is 720****. The order number is W576****. Im wondering if this can be exchanged, for one that the petcock is on the correct side.

Missing a tire

after receiving 3 out of 4 tires that took too long to ship in the first place, I called and was told that the tire would be shipped out THAT DAY 7/20. Not true, it wasn't shipped until 7/22?! Here it is 7/27 and still no tire? maybe it's in the driveway when I get home. Not satisfied or impressed

I called 7/20 J&;;;;;;;;;;;;;P because only 3 out of 4 tires were delivered. I called ups and they confirmed only 3 tired were picked up. I talked to a young lady who said she may be able to ship one yet that same day 7/20..Now I find out it's not due until tomorrow 7/27?? from KY. to Mi is about 2 days via ups..not happy with your delivery or service

Missing 1 out of 4 tires even though there were labels 1 of 4 and so on. Customer service was excellent, they are shipping 1 tire n/c..i already got a conf email...

Poor quality products

J&P motorcycle supply, in Anamosa Iowa has on two seperate occasions sent me poor quality products. Once carburator parts that did not fit, and they refused to accept them back advising that they only accept return on products parts in their original packaging. The second situation involved a motorcycle battery, which cost over $100 lasted about one year, and again they did not stand behind the product. Upon contacting them they advised they would sell me another battery, and ship it free. They are not interested in service nor quality. Poor quality and poor service should be their slogan.
