Not easy to work with won't deliver on promises.
74 year old woman can't get J&M to follow through with leveling and interior touch up cracks in floor and ceiling do to settling, windows won't open close due to being out of level.
Can't place skirting again due to not being level.
Lots of lip service "your house is done" from one office

Don't use J & M Homes
we have been working with a salesman for over a year. the price went up since then and the salesman ended up in the hospital.
the manager took over and then the.price went uo. we spoke and agreed on a little lower price with stainless package added.
Then they "lost" oir paperwork and when i called them this morning of course the price went up again. they are nkr forthright or honest!
