These people are a joke
1: We asked them to come out to check out sewer grinder. They came out and tore it apart until we needed a new pump.
2: Said it would be $1200-**** but would go to the township. That was incorrect then said it would be $1800 and asked us to pay right there after just saying it would go to the township. Then they call and demand money saying it is $2400 but we never even got an invoice.
3: They lied about their hours they worked! One guy was supposed to get here between 3-4 but didn't get here until 5 and worked from 5-7:30 out so and another guy came from 5:45-7:30... somehow that combined was 7 hours and we couldn't even dispute it.
4: Their hours are ridiculous, I'm pretty sure their office is a *** in their basement. They never called me back, made up an invoice to total exactly $2400 which is what she came up with on the phone but she even said she couldn't understand what they wrote and she'd call me back. NEVER called me back. Instead had the guy that did the work call and bs his way.
