AI Highlights
  • - $59 Living Social deal for cleaning 5 rooms; 4 rooms and 10 stairs needed.
  • - High-pressure upsell to $589; $220; check cashed; they were gone.

Very sleezy company.

I bought a Living social deal for $59 to clean 5 rooms. I had 4 rooms and 10 stairs that needed to be cleaned.

Sleezy high pressure sales man comes and tells me the Living Social deal isnt a very good cleaning and if I want a good cleaning it will be $589. This was after they came a day late and promised me a great deal for the inconvenience of having all my furniture moved and taking time off from work. $589 is a great deal?? Obviously this was going to be a high pressure sales negotiation process.

So after standing my ground and not willing to be ripped off, I got the cleaning down to $220 which looking back was still too much as my carpets were not cleaned very well.

Called the company to complain that it really didn’t look good and left two messages and have never heard back and since they only take cash or check and the check was cashed, they were gone. Best advice I can give and use myself is go with reputable cleaners only and pass on the fly by night companies that post super cheap cleanings with Living Social or the likes.

Cons:
  • Horrible customer service
