Jose Vargas was paid to do a job and he did not finish the job when he said he was last month. He was supposed to do a fence around my whole house. that he was he told me he had all the hardware and fence panels. But he didn't purchase any thing. Then asked for more money.

User's recommendation: Do not do business with him he's not reliable.
