Terrible experience to warn other people
J and J Automotive Pembroke, VA 24136
Took a golf cart there for repairs. It was in their garage for 3 months.
We were double charged. Over charged, charged for work not completed, charged for work not requested. Work we asked to be done was not done. We drove our golf cart in and it came out in pieces.
Had to haul it off on a trailer and hire someone to put it together. Lugnuts were loose, wires were hanging off of it, cover, roof, brush guard not attached. Brakes did not work. It would not run.
