well follow from last eeoc just sent paperwork that sex harrasment charge was filed on 02/12/2021 and dept of labor found owner was changing numbers on time clock to pay less

know longer work there last year my boss pulled his pants down bent over and took selfie with my phone made it a screen saver when I turned my phone on is bare body was there. boss/owner never said anything or said sorry it affect my work performance and attitude till I was let go back in april when I mentioned it he just smiled. it still affecting mentally I have pic I took screen shot.
also I believe he did this because in 2017 he wanted to pay me under the table for over time I said no I do not want that so he decided not to pay me at all for over time still I have not received pay my time sheet and paystubs do not match what I was paid.
also I worked there 2014 to 2021 was forced to work on lunch break and owner still would take half hour pay from you.
I have screenshot of owner sexual harassment photo but wont let me down load.

Had to take snow blower in for repair and trying to talk to mechanic tim who would not answer any questions would jot help unload my snow blower. Told i had a bad back just need help he said he had a bad back also but spent all the time i was there lifting with no problems

Rude rip off no respect
Took chainsaw have work done on it payed the 30.00 for a estimate was told not worth fixing gave back to me in pieces you dont get product back same as you give them.Then after being told not worth fixing the mechanic offered to buy from me . Hmmm wonder why .
Then i had mower to drol off waz told no one can help me lift out of truck there not responsible. Use the ramps i just mentioned its not heavy me and my wife put it in was told by same guy who offered by my chainsaw i should go home and bet here

been there sign on door says if need help ask well asking for help out of question also the little guy with glasses very rude insulting towards customers and people who work there. but if you ask.for help like siign says then should help.
also the comment above did not give age I stood there and heard them tell someone least in 70s to use ramps to get mower out of car.
Grant it they got it in probally by a son or neighbor but come one. didn't like hearing the little guy with glass call a customer retarted as the customer was leaving store .
Never had that type of experience but there a sign on door says you have to use ramps don't be so lazy
