J and C Plumbing Services Of Florence

One of my friends had a handgun stolen from their house by one of the employees of J and C Plumbing. Yes they eventually got caught, but after minimal research I found out that Jason Keaton overcharges and sometimes causes damage to the houses he is entrusted to work upon.

I noticed almost all his good reviews online were wrote by Jason Keaton's family and friends. There were a few bad reviews that were true though.

J and C plumbing owner and worker is Jason Keaton, provided service to a close friends of mine house. One of his employees stole a firearm from his property and was later arrested for it.

I have asked around and found out there has been multiple problems with their work in general. Replacing hot water heaters that do not need replacing. One time a gas line was cut. I saw there facebook page after looking through the reviews 70% of them were his facebook friends and relatives.

The couple of negative reviews were true.

"I really wish 0 stars was an option. The character limit on this review site will not let me tell even half the story of the horrendous experience me and my wife have been forced to deal with over the last couple of months. In short: we were having sewage back up issues and were told by J&C Plumbing all of our sewer lines from our concrete patio to the city line needed to be replaced; we paid to have the whole line replaced; we were told the whole line was replaced, and we have a receipt confirming the statement. However, we are close to 3 months out and I still do not think we are out of the water with our sewage issue as they STILL have failed to replace ALL of the old line (even after they dug up part of old line for a second time).

The point is, PLEASE AT ALL COSTS, AVOID J&C PLUMBING. I NEVER want ANYONE to have to go through what we have had to deal with. They were rude and unprofessional, they lied multiple times, they were childish, they were disrespectful, and they were impossible to get a hold of after they got our money.
