Smoke in apartment
- - Smoking neighbors fill your apartment with smoke.
- - Neighbors are allowed to smoke indoors.
- - Management does nothing to help and says you're SOL.
Don't live here. It may be safe and clean.
But if you have a neighbor that smokes the smoke will fill your whole apartment. Apparently they are allowed to smoke inside.
And the company will do nothing. They will basically tell you you are SOL.

Poor management and she takes things from tenants apartments.
- - Sept 1, 2023: Marilyn Williams and a tall maintenance man were seen leaving Apt 29 with a box.
- - Resident is disabled; others witnessed but did not report.
I live in the apartment complex and I witnessed apartment manager Marilyn Williams and the tall light skinned skin maintenance man come out of Apt 29 with a big box and took it to her Apt on Sept 1, 2023 and this lady is disabled, and I bearly see this lady because she is always home, and I know that other tenants witnessed this and they will not report her and this is NOT right. Marilyn Williams and the tall maintenance man needs to be investigated.

Bad management/Laundry Room Complaint/
- - Laundry room has two washers and two dryers for tenants.
- - Filed Nov 15, 2019 with photos of a noisy washer that won't spin; still unfixed after 4 months.
That is J&A Property Management Inc in Corinth, Mississippi.
I am a resident and a paying customer at Windwood Manor Apartments in Collins, Mississippi. The complex is apartments for Seniors and the disabled.
Their are 18 apartments here and there is a laundry room with two washers and two dryers for tenants to wash their clothes. There are care givers who come in and out here that wash those who are severely disabled, clothes. I filed a complaint with the Management back on November 15, 2019, sent photos and video showing the problem with the washing machine. IT made a lot of noise and would not spin like it should, thus not rinsing and cleaning the clothes as it should.
There is no logical explanation for it taking 4 months to repair/replace the washing machine. We have had three managers here since July 28, 2019. I have contacted the manager of the apartments x2, and the manager of J&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;A Properties Management ( And SUN Belt Property Management in AlberVIlle, Alabama), and Corinth, Mississippi by emails, videos, phone calls, etc.
Thee washing machine is still sitting there with a note attached to it (see photos), as of yesterday, March 10, 2020. People here pay their rent, and all the amenities included in the lease, should be in working order, shouldn't take 4 months for a washing machine to be replaced or repaired.
