I went to izzos in Metairie on November 7 at 7:15 PM.The guy who rung me up did not give me a receipt,so i didnt have a receipt to bring back with me when i went back in the store to ask for a manager because the guy who did my order,gave me cold food.The manager (Micheal) voided out my order and stated that i would get my money back in 2 or 3 business days.After 3 days of not receiving my money,i went back into the store and spoke to a different manager who said its not 2 or 3 business days,its 5 or 7.Its now a week later and i still haven received my refund.The attachment below shows November 8 because thats when it came out my account but i went on November 7 at 7:15.I just need this issue resolved and my money back,so can someone email me back at chookfin091@***.com or call me at (346) 243-**** please and thank you.
