When I turn on computer the screen is black with white letters says Warning ifa service tag just installed. You will need to shut down and unplug the AC adapter if present.

Reinsert A C adapter and power on the system to allow for proper functionality

If a service tag was not just installed ,then the primary battery is not identifiable.

This system will be unable to change battery until battery is removed

I bought this the 4/19/23 . The order number is 200010****09630.

It is still under warranty. I will send it back to you and you can send me back money

Defective device

iZoomUSA - Defective device

Purchased a "refurbished Lenovo T430 through Walmart. I could not activate the Windows 10 OS because there was not activation code included either in the BIOS or attached to the machine.

I asked a tech friend to look at it. He attempted all the suggested solutions provided online by Lenovo to no avail. Upon closer inspection he heard a "clicking" sound from the hard drive, which he said was a certain sign of a failing or defective hard drive. Obviously iZoom did not check the device after "refurbishing, or even worse, substituted a defective drive.

The company does not have a website I could find and "customer support" did not respond to my email.

Because I needed the machine urgently, I had my tech friend install a new drive and OS. How Walmart can continue to do business with such a shoddy firm I do not understand.

I did not receive the laptop I ordered/paid for; the Windows 10 was not activated and the Wi-Fi didn't work. It was late on delivery, so I was concerned with the 15-day return policy.

iZoom assured me they would make it right no matter if it took 30 days. They finally figured out after two weeks something was wrong with the laptop after they couldn't fix it via remote access and allowed me to send it back, assuring me they would fix the issues... 2 weeks later I get the same laptop, no Wi-Fi and no Windows 10...

They have refused to refund my $377. This company should be shut down!!!

This is a RIPOFF company. They did not send the advertised laptop I paid for, did not activate Windows 10, the laptop WiFi drivers are not compatible with Windows 10.

They will not send me a working laptop or return my money.

I returned the laptop to them after they could not fix it via remote access and they sent the same machine back to me. There is absolutely nothing good about this company!!!

Received. RMA return form, filled it out and put inside box.

Mailed out by UPS on 2/23/21 they received it 2/26/21. Haven't heard back since they got it if they will repair or replace.

Laptop issues

I purchased a refurbished laptop about a month ago, also added the two year warranty w/it, from Walmart. Received it and was unable to log in on it, because it is locked.

So I need some info on how to reset or remove the setup or bios password. So I'm able to use it. Tried contacting ur customer service serval times and have been unsuccessful . So I would be greatly appreciative if someone could assist me or contact me.

No working WI-FI drivers, Windows not activated & completely the wrong machine. This company really stinks.

IZOOMUSA ARE THEIVES, LIARS & SCAMMERS

I bought a refurbished laptop on Ebay from IZOOMUSA.com in Oct 2010. What a piece of *** is was.

Started acting up the 2nd day. I had UPS returned it back to them in Nov wanting a refund. I was given one run around scenerio after another. They stalled me out of my Ebay consumer protection time.

There customer service sucks as bad as there returns department. They wont call you back or return emails. They lie about everything. They look for reasons to not give a customer satisfaction even though they advertise they have great customer service.

BULL! I only wanted my money back. Dan and George lied about receiving it down to the UPS package weight they received to avoid my refund. I have emailed and call that company so many times just to be lied to once again.

I am out of only $200.

Do yourself a favor buy new not from scammers like them.

Lesson Learned "Everyone selling on Ebay are NOT good dealers.
