U R asking me for money, my card, I already paid somebody in your business $85 for support for the laptop I bought from U..& you're saying I lost $85???

Ripped Off

I did not receive the laptop I ordered/paid for; the Windows 10 was not activated and the Wi-Fi didn't work. It was late on delivery, so I was concerned with the 15-day return policy. iZoom assured me they would make it right no matter if it took 30 days. They finally figured out after two weeks something was wrong with the laptop after they couldn't fix it via remote access and allowed me to send it back, assuring me they would fix the issues... 2 weeks later I get the same laptop, no Wi-Fi and no Windows 10... They have refused to refund my $377. This company should be shut down!!!

User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!

Ripped off

We brought a dell latitude E6520 on April 7th 2021 only to find that was getting error 0xA00F4244 had been in contact with the company from the day of delivery only to get pushed around at the time thought was a good deal as i needed a working cam to keep in contact with my family overseas all i wanted off you guys was a fair deal far as i'm concerned this company should be tossed to the curb curve''puttybg'''' puttybg putting my feedbacks on any site that

This is a RIPOFF company. They did not send the advertised laptop I paid for, did not activate Windows 10, the laptop WiFi drivers are not compatible with Windows 10.

They will not send me a working laptop or return my money.

I returned the laptop to them after they could not fix it via remote access and they sent the same machine back to me. There is absolutely nothing good about this company!!!

Laptop return

Received. RMA return form, filled it out and put inside box. Mailed out by UPS on 2/23/21 they received it 2/26/21. Haven't heard back since they got it if they will repair or replace.

Damage product

I purchase a refurbished Dell laptop upon receiving it I turn it on it came on for about 5 to 10 minutes and the screen shut down I have no picture or anything

Laptop issues

I purchased a refurbished laptop about a month ago, also added the two year warranty w/it, from Walmart. Received it and was unable to log in on it, because it is locked. So I need some info on how to reset or remove the setup or bios password. So I'm able to use it. Tried contacting ur customer service serval times and have been unsuccessful . Refund

I order a laptop and when I received it it was not what I wanted. So I returned it by FedEx just like I was told to do and it's been over three weeks and no refund yet. I paid 169.00 and I expect that back.

I wish you luck. I paid $377 for the wrong one they sent me...twice.

No working WI-FI drivers, Windows not activated & completely the wrong machine. This company really stinks.

IZOOMUSA ARE THEIVES, LIARS & SCAMMERS

I bought a refurbished laptop on Ebay from IZOOMUSA.com in Oct 2010. What a piece of *** is was. Started acting up the 2nd day. I had UPS returned it back to them in Nov wanting a refund. I was given one run around scenerio after another. They stalled me out of my Ebay consumer protection time. There customer service sucks as bad as there returns department. They wont call you back or return emails. They lie about everything. They look for reasons to not give a customer satisfaction even though they advertise they have great customer service. BULL! I only wanted my money back. Dan and George lied about receiving it down to the UPS package weight they received to avoid my refund. I have emailed and call that company so many times just to be lied to once again. I am out of only $200. Do yourself a favor buy new not from scammers like them. Lesson Learned "Everyone selling on Ebay are NOT good dealers.
