Property damaged by this contractor
- - Owner arrived late; areas left unpainted with inconsistent sheens.

*** is the owner of this business. I paid $4,212.
to him to sand and paint the walls and baseboards of by approximately 800 square foot condominium. He assured me he was skilled at painting and that his assistant also had the required skills to complete this project. He agreed to complete this in four days, starting at 9:00 and ending at 4:00 according to the building management requirements. Here are the problems I encountered.Arrived late every day.The assistant was not skilled.
Numerous paint spills on my newly refinished wood floors and tile floors.Used a harsh chemical he named as goof off to remove a large area of paint on the wood floor which took off the finish,Paint smears on my newly installed countertops.Paint drips on the walls and baseboards.Many areas not sanded.Multiple instances where there are different paint sheens used on the same area.Areas not painted.Ceiling paint on the walls.Wall paint on the ceilings.
On our walk through he agreed to come back and touch-up the problem areas. Clearly, he was not capable. I will hire yet another to come in and repair his shotty work.
I sent him 32 images of problem *** and asked him to refund the cost to complete the repairs. He never responded.
