Horrible Customer Service and Unable to a fix Watch 5 times
Good afternoon, I have an IWC Titanium Aquatimer watch that has been sent into the repair facility five separate times and all five separate times was returned to me broken. Every time I sent in the watch, they tried to charge me for repairs and additionally, it is has been in their possession 3 to 4 months each time. IWC has had my watch more than I have.
I have tried to contact the boutique managers, the manager of customer service, the manager of repairs and all the higher level personnel and no one seems to be able to help me.
I have demanded a brand new watch as a replacement since clearly IWC cannot fix it, but have been flat out denied.
