Issues with an order
Hi
your communication is appalling! I am still awaiting a response from you about a faulty blue tooth speaker you sent me!
It does not charge up and thus does NOT work! I would like you to arrange for the faulty one to be picked up and a replacement to be sent.

My product does not work
My electric scooter does not turn on it was fully charged and does not work this was a Christmas pressants for my son that he has not been able to use I am not happy!!!

Ordered middle November chased through till Christmas Eve and then they said they don't have any left. Yet they are still advertising product. Also are not reacting to my request for a refund (£55)

Never got product but did get refund
Never got my grandsons Legos. After I got involved with pissed consumer I did get contacted but told by IWOOT that I had returned them. I didnt but I got a credit

Repeated "product out of stock" response
I placed an order for a Lego product - that I could get from Lego.com direct, but because I had a voucher from IWOOT for a previous cancelled order (that they hadn't told me about) I ordered through IWOOT. They claimed the product was in stock when I ordered it - but two months later, no sign of it. I Keep getting the same generic responses to any email I send.I think this feels like a giant fraud scheme!
