I contracted a company called Ivy Rose Creations out of Ohio to design a website for me. After a few months I discovered the database had an issue. I was advised that witnin the database, there was an issue as far as security. To my knowledge, if someone wished to *** the database, they could and steal pertinent information pertaining to customers private information.
I did not address with web designer for fear of losing my website. The website as well looked cheap and I decided I needed to make changes. I addressed tjis weth designer but nothing came of it so, I searched out another webdesigner. I found someone and when he took over, he discovered that there were 67 updates that needed to be done. Also, discontinued products had not been removed and there were duplicate products.
I have contacted Ivy Rose Creations and asked to have my website taken out of their portfolio. The owner advised me that the link was removed but the image remains to show her work.
I asked owner to remove the image and it still remains. I want this logo removed from their portfolio and do not feel she needs to have. I am not sure who to contact about this matter but appreciate advice.
Please re-consider doing business with this business...my website had numerous issues and am glad this company is no longer doing business with me...company nat that great designing and no college degree was earned...all self-taught!
