My customer relations person was great. I have lost 18 bls in 2 months with medication, interval training, and a 24hr fast once a week. I feel great!

Needs more customer communication
I was was very frustrated that, instead of telling customers the customer service system was outside of office hours, it acted otherwise with the dreaded we are having longer than normal wait times message on a loop. Then I was hung up on.
The health care advisors are great but they need to work with service. It is very difficult to get information via phone, chat or email.
I finally found the answer with pissedconsumer. It makes me nervous when you spend way more on potential customers than maintaining the base you have.

Meds paid for, not received
I purchased the product on August 26th and never received my Monjouro. I recently started calling a few days ago and consistently received messages stating that customer services are not available.
I've tried to put in a claim to get help via their chat and to no avail I've been unsuccessful. This is a ripoff

I feel that there wasn't enough disclosure to pricing, also membership was more than the original quote to my credit card. I do not trust this company enough to even get started! You have to be wealthy to make this kind of commitment!

I have been trying to cancel for over a month ! Each time I call your number I am told there are no customer service people available! This is absolutely ridiculous! I have been trying to cancel
Provide customer service people to respond by phone ! I found your product to be helpful!
But I do not deal with companies who do not answer the phone! if anyone reads this, please cancel my subscription!
