this fake lawyer will take your money and run..i am in the process of having him disbarred forever. do not give him your money. he will take it and never speak to you again. if you have fallen victum to this man contact the state bar. they will help you. it may take years but its worth it. he needs to be stopped. he now is stealing money from home owners leaving people homeless. do not i repeat do not give him a dime. you will be standing in court alone he will not show up he will leave you to hang.

Ivan Porto took my money and ran
Paid $3100 for him to do save my home redo my mortgage, he took my money and ran (as well as others, as evidenced by the BBB and his license being pulled). How in the world do we recover this money? He failed to return calls and communication was horrible. The things he claimed to have filed are non-existent. I hope we can pursue his personal property for the damages. Anyone else affected by him? Let's work on pursuing him. Ivan Porto of San Diego, California is a crook. Those that "managed" his office should also be held accountable.

This man out of the country! Please believe if he is or should I say if you are then you found a whole new set of people to victimize! The bar not only banned you for a year but I finally got a full refund back.so yes sweety we are talking about you.
This man has been out of the country since 2009. Un likely you are dealing with him and you are mistaken.

I was contacted by them as well to review my case and help me with the loan modification. They wanted almost 5k to help me.
The man I spoke with was Kevin Frye who said he was a manager there. Is this the same one that scammed you?
Also a friend of mine said that he was contacted by Kevin Frye as well but from a different company now doing the same thing. Who is this Kevin Frye and how many more people will they take advantage of?

he did the same thing to me gave me false hope lied to me in my face i took it to the bar had him banned for 1 year but hes back robbing and stealing and i never got my money back
