I ordered a 2000 dollars chain, and it was not received.
- - Ordered 4mm gold rope chain; added 4 inches; shipping near $2000.
- - 7 days with no tracking or contact.
- - Item is out of stock; refunds take 14 business days.
I placed an order for a 4mm gold rope chain i also added 4 inches on the chain + shipping came to just under 2000 $ U.S.
7 days go by of hearing nothing from itshot.com and receiving no tracking, or no emails/phone calls about my order.
So i go to there website and contact there support....my item is out of stock. and i will have to wait 14 business days for my money back...and they are "sorry" for the inconvience.
well *** you. you couldnt shoot me an email ? or a phone call? or better yet...why not write OUT OF STOCK if your item is out of stock !!!
this was a christmass gift and now i will have to spend probably close to 1000 more to buy this retail so my boyfriend can have the chain in time for christmass. ITSHOT.COM has cost me money !!!!!

With all due respect this is not true. Orders do not get charged until they are actually shipped, so in the event the item is out of stock it would not cost a customer a single penny since the credit card was not charged and you do not have to wait 14 days for your money back.
We have over 20,000 items and especially during holiday season an item can become sold out and become of stock but all customers are contacted within one business day regarding out of stock items. Your email provider might have blocked the email and that might be the reason you did not receive it. If you did not we are sorry about it.
But again: we do not charge credit cards until the order is actually shipped, so no financial loss could be resulted to a customer if an item is out of stock.
