They claim 24/7, but don't provide a contact number. I placed my order Saturday, tried to cancel first thing the following Monday via email, but they would not allow me to cancel. They got info wrong on two forms.
They had USPS call on me but did not supply shipping labels. I got no value from this service!

I am having the same problem. I sent $99 with the understanding that if was the cost of the passport.
I completed the application and up on exception they send a letter stating I was approved and the send my current Pass[ort along with $110.00. UPS would pick up my envelope on any date stated. Well that's when I requested a refund because I thought O was paying $99.00, which was a fair price. But now they are telling me that $99 was a processing fee, Well I thought a processing fee was for my renewal of my pass port.
I have be fighting for a refund and they tell me because my passport was processed they would not refund and to send $110.00 to get my new passport. SCAM,FRAUD, SCREWING US. CALL IT WHAT EVER, BUT DEFINITLY RIPPING US OFF. I typed in at least verification codes.
Guess none work.
Of course they don't want to hears from us. Cowards......
