Beware: ITS Signs LLC Cedar Rapids IA. Deceptive and misrepresentation practices. Order late, late and then late again - total incompetence, including order details; quan and ship methods. Product was defective, unusable, in need of remanufacturing or just scrap. Promised adjustment by company principle was never received after weeks of waiting. I have the written proof of these claims. Email after email with the company principle, and weeks after weeks of delays. When the product finally arrived, it was defective and did not meet specifications. The company principle promised me a full refund, even though I asked for a smaller adjustment for the scrap product shipped. After weeks and weeks, since the promise of an adjustment, nothing has been received. This is not a mistake in any way. This is intentional deceptive behavior by ITS Signs. Beware of ITS Signs.
