Horrible Internet service/Horrible customer Service

We were conned by Direct tv to bundle a package with this internet provider...horrible, horrible...and they cut my service off, they do not work on Sunday...I had to get up at 2am to write this... Horrible. WE have called several times to speak with them and their answer is "Well upgrade and spend more monies"...not an answer. Can I say horrible again. Horrible, Horrible, awful, awful...horrible, un-satisfied...I want my monies and contract back...its only been three weeks...awful. Ok 100 words to say Horrible. Please come get your stuff...don't ask me for another penny cons. Horrible, bad customer service...
