I literaly lost $149.

and cant do anything about it?????????????????? I thought they were BBA accredited?

I am having the same problem. I sent $99 with the understanding that if was the cost of the passport.

I completed the application and up on exception they send a letter stating I was approved and the send my current Pass[ort along with $110.00. UPS would pick up my envelope on any date stated. Well that's when I requested a refund because I thought O was paying $99.00, which was a fair price. But now they are telling me that $99 was a processing fee, Well I thought a processing fee was for my renewal of my pass port.

I have be fighting for a refund and they tell me because my passport was processed they would not refund and to send $110.00 to get my new passport. SCAM,FRAUD, SCREWING US. CALL IT WHAT EVER, BUT DEFINITLY RIPPING US OFF. I typed in at least verification codes.

Guess none work.

Of course they don't want to hears from us. Cowards......

It's Easy Passport Service robbed us

Its Easy Passport Services is a scam plain and simple. Give them your credit card and passport and expect to have your credit forever changed. Expect to lose your passports and miss whatever flights you think they are booking for you. Simply flush your passport down the toilet and it will be the same result as hiring these crooks to help you with anything. On top of that, they are racist, serial sexual harassers and just general slime balls to deal with. if you care about yourself, your pride and your money then stay very far away from It's Easy Passport Services.

It's Easy Passport Services Is Awful Gross

My girlfriend went in to this store alone and was told unless she gave sex in a back room to the manager they wouldn't give us our passports back. Literally these people are disgusting awful people. Stay very far away from It's Easy Passport Services unless you want to get abused. I ask everyone who had similar experiences to complain. I went there and when I started to yell they told me they would call the police. In my country this guy would have been beaten in America it is a company called it is easy passport services. terrible dangerous bad people stay far away

Its Easy Passport is a complete scheme

Its Easy Passport & Visa Service is a complete scam. Proceed with caution if you use this company. They are liars who charged me $450 and promised 2 day service – and after a week they still hadn’t provided what they said they would provide. I booked a flight to Brazil because they promised me 2 day service – and after a week didn’t provide what they said. They are liars who made me miss my flights to Brazil because of what they promised. I chose this company because they promised me my visa would be ready within 24 hours while others advised to get a second passport to be safe. Quite simply, beware. Do not use It's Easy Passport Service if you want to get what they claim.

Not only that, if you overpay them, they will not return your money unless you ask for it, even though they know they owe you back.

This came straight from the manager's mouth. Denver Colorado.
