I need to change the number of adults on my reservation from 2 to 3
I didn't realize I was calling a pissed customer. I was just looking for a phone number to get in touch with someone.
The customer service rep was very nice and did a great job helping me. I believe his name was Tom or Tim.
I couldn't hear him very well at first. Anyway, he was great.

You never stated there were fees involved before I wasted my time chatting with you. Now I am also PISSED at yoy!
No one answers the phone. Leave messages and no response. I canceled the reservation and have not received a refund!

We need to get a phone call back to see why our reservations were changed to another property and where that property is since we are out of state. So far, no one has replied and weve had a very difficult time finding a number that we could talk to a customer representative.

We rented an air bnb in Pensacola, FL from Itrip. The living room furniture was completely unusable so we couldnt use the living room.
We had to leave a week early. Itrip neither tried to solve the issue nor offered a partial refund.
User's recommendation: Don’t rent properties from Itrip!
