Problem has been resolved. The rim I thought was missing was stuck onto can lid. I could not tel that it was there. So when I put the new bag rim onto can there were actually two rims on now. Problem
Received my WS13RSL without bag rim. Phoned you with this info and one was sent to me and received today. Ring fits on can but cannot get top of can to fit onto can

Had no problems with previous unit. Used batteries, lasted forever, this unit sees batteries like crazy, doesnt want to open and seems tight an has noise.
I would really like to speak to a live person regarding this situation .
Not everyone is able to navigate your directions, I would probably like to order the sensor uni, but afraid that wont work either, due to poor customer reviews. I wish I had my old rectangular unit back!!

Hi, I bought this product on Amazon and is registered. Since last week, it stopped opening/closing the lid automatically.
Tried to reset the unit. No luck.

Hello,
I purchased an itouchless 13 gallon trashcan for my kitchen off the Amazon site on 11/23/21. I also purchased the separate AC adapter to power it.
It has worked perfectly for almost a year however, just within the last week or two the light on the top comes on and off when I switch the power button on but the lid no longer comes up on its own. Sometimes it's hard to pull it up manually without it resisting. I was reading some reviews on the Amazon website today about similar situations that customers have had and how easy your customer service department was in replacing the lid.
I'm hoping you can do the same for me. I have taken a snippet of the invoice if you need me to send that as well.

The Lid of garbage can stop opening and closing with new batteries Manuel open and it flops when pull open just not working properly but over all real nice stainless steal kitchen garbage can when working touchless lots of compliments and guess are amazed and ask where I bought it so I do highly recommend your products and satisfied customer service

I have been unable to reach the company regarding replacement of the lid for my garbage can. I purchased it from Amazon and they told me to call them! I have been getting the run-around on this replacement lid that is still under warranty.

I just bought the itouchless trash can put batteries in it and it will not work, I did everything the manual said do .

Horrible-definitely not customer service friendly
Phone number 844-660**** is not able to contact. Tried four different phones to call this number, immediately the call fails/drop with no connection to an agent.
Chat online feature- they offered to refer me to an agent on the phone for a $1.00 cost to me and sent me a link which required me to pay $1.00 before any actions.
Amazon is out of the product I am searching for ReplacementiTouchless AbsorbX Odor Filter and Compartment so I was asking for another store reference to purchase from in chat feature.
I was asked by John what was wrong with my computer.
Very disappointing customer service for a $99.00 trash can wherein I am unable to get in direct contact with the company, yet the company sends me an email daily to buy more products from Itouchless!! I actually registered my purchase to get the initial free trash bags.
This customer experience I rate a 1=TOTALLY DISSATISFIED!
I will await Amazon restock I guess.
Searching online, several stores sell the touch less trash can, however NONE list the replacement parts. The filters are available but not the odor filter.

My can worked great, maybe two good at the start. Every time someone walked by the lid opened.
I eventually had to turn it off. Today, I plugged it in with the adapter I purchased from your company and the lid wont open. The green light comes on and thats all!
How do I fix this??? For the price of this trash can, it should last longer than a few months!!

You have no solution for my problem, you are too expensive even for replacement parts.
Poor Customer Service
Purchased iTouchless toilet seat in January. Battery doesn't hold a charge.
Contacted their support and they recommended I plug charger directly into toilet seat. The closest plug to the toilet is on the other side of the bathroom.

Purchase of Automatic toilet seat
Purchased an automatic toilet seat from iTouchless in Hayward, CA awhile back and finally installed it. However, it did not work properly from day one.
First the battery would not take a charge. Hooked it up to the AC charger that comes with the seat but then it still would not work correctly. I called the the company re: the defective battery when I thought that it was causing the problem but when connected directly to AC power, it still didn't work properly. They didn't seem very cooperative on the phone re: customer service.
Tried to "register" the seat when I got it but their site is very difficult to locate and when I finally found it, the registration process is too complicated.
Today, I sent the seat back to them with a request that they replace it with a working unit. Hopefully, they will honor my request so I'm not out the $100 + I paid for it.

3/30/18Touchless has not had the courtesy to even respond to my letter and the return of the defective toilet seat over three months ago. Very poor business practices.
Next letter will go to them soon along with copies to their local BBB and the State of California Attorney General, Dept. of Consumer Affairs.Companies like this that sell defective products and won't stand behind them should not be allowed to operate in our state.
