Poor quality tool, terrible customer service

- - Refund promises were not kept after canceling a dispute; returns are not allowed.
This company's website site claims 30 day risk free trial and 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not stand behind that claim and will not allow you to return their product no matter how many times you request a return shipping address. I filed a dispute with my credit company and they got me to cancel it by promising a full refund only to ghost me after I canelled the dispute.
Their reputation is horrible, they don't stand behind what they sell, and they are dishonest. Do your research before ordering from this horrible company cause if you have a problem you aren't getting any help from them!
