Mostly non of the brands sell. That's not the issue. A sales rep named Christian wanted to get aggressively loud with me an disrespectful over trying to ask a question, couldn't get the question out

He's a liability for you guys if his mouth writes a check that turns into a physical altercation with people.
I asked him maybe he's having a bad day but I was trying to have simple communication, and this is not how reps are supposed to interact with their customers. He proceeded to tell me no, and try to insult me or how I ran the store.
He can stay out as far as I'm concerned. I have nothing to say to the guy.
Regardless of whether he thinks I'm anybody that matters, I'm still a man that has to be talked to like a man

Their cigarettes are loaded with horrible chemicals, cigarettes never tasted like this before. Winston cigarettes are loaded with sulfur and other hardcore neurotoxins this is added to the tobacco deliberately but also all other brands are treated with those toxins.
There is an agenda behind this , it seems as if they want to get smokers sicker faster . These companies are all run by communists/zionist the same with food companies vegetables and fruits are all gmo run and owned by Zionist . Bought Sonoma shorts menthol and not only were they tailed but they werent menthol at all. I bought four packs wasted $20. Are you serious?

Bad customer service rap
- There are 17 cartons of promotional cigarettes costing over $1,700; the rep would help but I haven't seen him and he doesn't know how this happened.
I have 17 cartons promotional cigarettes sitting in the store which is costing more then 1,700 (one thousand seven hundred dollars. I asked the representative how I got too many promotional cigarettes he told he dont know. I dont know who knew that.after
He told he will help I havent seen him since that day .

Getting sick from the chemicals and machine oil in Winston cigarettes
I finally had enough of no response from ITG.
I sent a carton to a lab.
Low viscosity oil and glyphosate.
That is what has been the cause of such a horrible taste and headaches.

Jobs not find ! Serious problem with recruit firm
- The outsourcing system for new jobs is not working and needs fixing.

Itg please your outsource company now for new jobs is NOT working ! Talk to your Regionals , and DM .
Even your sales reps trying to help people find and locate the jobs are sooooooo complicated . Fix this now if you want reputable people to apply ! The new system the recruiting people are clueless they talked to a rep no lie who had ITG experience and just acted like oh and moved on as if new interview or no experience it was something out of a bad dream ! Even now a job is available right ?
The client did not pass the dmv test and they cant even get the job back up or available to the public quick enough that even the DM or ASM know where to find it for anybody to tell a very promising prospect how to apply so they had to apply in another town n pray when they finally talk to these people HEY there is a position available but nobody can find it but we know its there but cant even apply for it because its not existing !!!!!! This is serious default problems !!!! Seriously ! Let them go !
Put it back on indeed ! Glass door or one of those n let your Area managers go through job applications or this is never ever ever going to be successful!

Everybody loves ITG and we only want the best for all of the new people going forward and I know ITG only wants what’s best for them to do it’s a win / win for all .

This is all added to the Tobacco deliberately its sulfur and other highly aggressive neurotoxins. First they got people hooked to the cigarettes and now they poison the people with aggressive chemicals and neurotoxins.
Everybody knows smoking is harmful, but this is on a totally different level, this is done deliberately and by design. Those cigarettes are something totally different than the cigarettes from about 10 or so years ago and before , they don’t even taste like cigarettes but like straight up chemicals and big time sulfur .
And on the Winston packs they even misleading consumers with slogans like “ tobacco and water “ naturally smoother “ !! Really ??
