Non Existent Customer Support
Purchased 2 batteries from this company. 1 battery received had one dead cell therefor would not charge to operatable voltage.
Inform company and request replacement. No response. Send 2nd email with receipt notification. Email read confirmed, no response.
Do not expect any customer service support from this crap company if you get defective product. The batteries I received were not a direct replacement as advertised and the one that worked was a struggle to fit into phone.
