THIS IS THE ITC GRAND GOA, INDIACustomer Service is non-existent
Staff is completely clueless
Ordered food in the restaurant. We were the only people there and it took over 1 hour to get our first orders.
The food came out piecemeal ( some didnt come

The concierge couldnt explain the difference between Chicken S!?? and Chicken salad.
The internet did not work
ALL ON A HOTEL THAT CALLS ITSELF A LUXARY HOTEL!!!

A terrible company - Do not work here
Do not work at this evil company. They will try to entice you to work here but it's all a lie.
The is one of the worst places to work.
This company puts those strange surcharges at the bottom of your electric bill in Michigan and most of the Midwest states. That is how they rip off the consumer.
This company is 100% evil. They are evil to their employees and evil to the consumer.
This company is an unnecessary middle man scam to the electricity consumer. This company is not needed and one day this place will be shut down for good.
- Your electric bill is raised by this company for no good reason
Preferred solution: FERC or NERC needs to shutdown this scam company. This is like a power grid ponzi scheme. They must be bribing and paying off politicians to keep this evil scam company going.
